Rok Premru Born in 1961 in Kranj (Slovenia), he graduated in electronic engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. In 1997 he obtained the qualification as Italian patent attorney from UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office), since 1999 he is a qualified Italian and Community trademark attorney registered to practice before OHIM (Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market). In 2002 he became a European patent attorney before EPO (European Patent Office). He is experienced as a court expert and as party’s expert in patent litigation. Eugenia Alari Ghigi Born in 1965 in Milan (Italy), she graduated in law from the State University of Milan. In 1999, she qualified as attorney-at-law, and in 2005, as Italian and European trademark attorney and as European design attorney registered to practice before OHIM (Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market). She has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1997.
